Diliberto Plumbing never lets me down. Most recently had an outdoor faucet replaced along with indoor shutoff valve. Received a timely appointment. Plumbers were considerate, wore shoe covers in my house, informed me of what was involved and the cost, and showed me pictures of the finished work (I had a knee injury and they were saving me extra steps). Charles Diliberto Plumbing is the only one I ever call.

We contacted DiLiberto Plumbing to fix a leak we found in our basement ceiling. Dan was prompt and did a great job assessing our situation. He was able to fix the leak, explain what he did and cleaned up, all while being friendly and professional.

We had Diliberto plumbing come out and update our sump pump with a new battery backup system. As always their price was more than fair and their work was exceptional . They made sure that the new system was up and running properly and left us with no mess to clean up. I am not a “review person”, but my experience needed to be shared. It’s not often that you call a plumbing company (as a new customer) and they are out the next day! I have a very old house with a jigsaw of pipes and Dan and Kieth made sense of the nightmare quickly and efficiently. They explained everything they were doing, offered suggestions, replaced a hot water heater that was old and leaking, and did it all with a smile! Reasonable rates and friendly service is sadly a thing of the past, but not with these guys! Thank you for helping our family when we really needed it! This was my first experience with Diliberto plumbing, and Charlie delivered. He came to install a Moen bathroom sink faucet, and it was a tough pedestal sink install. He replaced worn chrome pipe with pvc as well. I was pleased with his skills. He reminded me of my now retired old school plumber, so I will be confident to call on Charlie again. Pricing was higher than my old school plumber, however, hourly labor rates are high for all service workers.

Excellent job done by two plumbers (Dan & Keith) who installed first class grab bars in our shower.

Diliberto Plumbing & Heating is the best! We have used them multiple times & have been pleased every time with the quality of their products and professional service. They have done the following for us:

1. Installed new faucets & shut off valves in our bathrooms & kitchen.

2. Drained our heating system, removed baseboards, opened the dry wall in our dining room as well as in our downstairs family room and installed new heat lines.

3. Ran new water lines from our downstairs laundry room, through the garage, to an exterior wall and installed a Frost Free Dual Function Outdoor Faucet.

4. With the very cold weather we just had, our hot water was cooler than usual. Charlie came out and showed us how to adjust the water flow on our heater to slow down the hot water flow in the winter to increase the water temperature, then re-adjust when the warm weather returns.

Charlie & Dan have been the best. They are extremely professional, use top quality products and always explain everything they recommend in detail. We have been very pleased with everything they have done for us and will always call them when needed.

 

Charlie always does a fine job for me. He explains the problems, suggests solutions and then performs whatever tasks are needed to complete the job.

This is the third job he's done for me and I will be calling again whenever needed.

My toilet was leaking downstairs from a bad seal. They fixed it very quickly plus they put new flushing pieces in the tank. They were very neat throughout the job. Very reasonable price also. Would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Dan & Keith did a marvelous job, especially in installing our first, powder room vanity, which was the wrong size, and then returning to remove and replace that vanity with a new one that fit the space in our powder room. Their work was incredible, and they are two such nice men. They did whatever was necessary to make sure we were completely satisfied. A great credit to your company to have these men working for you.

As always the crew arrived on time, and performed an extensive inspection of the tankless water heater and water filter replacement. They were very professional and kept the work environment clean.
